David Locke

David Locke is a Principal Ornithologist at WSP, where they lead projects related to onshore wind and infrastructure assessments. With a solid background in ecology, David has previously worked as a Senior Ornithologist, Field Ecologist, and Graduate Ecologist, conducting various protected species surveys and Habitat Regulations Assessments. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Warwick and have experience with significant surveys for raptors, black grouse, and breeding birds. David has also volunteered with the Hampshire Ornithological Society and holds multiple survey licenses, showcasing their dedication to ornithology and ecological conservation.
