David Pluse is currently the Regional Director for Highways and Transportation at Parsons Brinckerhoff, a position held since 2005. Previously, David served as a Principal Engineer at WSP Group from 1998 to 2002 and at Halcrow from 2002 to 2005. Earlier in their career, David was an Assistant Engineer with Tyne and Wear County Council from 1980 to 1986.
