David Rulff

David Rulff is an experienced professional in sustainability and energy systems modeling, currently serving as a Project Analyst at WSP since November 2013, focusing on performance analysis for buildings and sustainable design consulting. Previously, David worked as a Project Coordinator at Enermodal Engineering and gained valuable experience as an MASc student at the University of Toronto. Earlier roles include a Mechanical Engineering Student at NORR Limited, and a co-op position in operations at Enwave Energy Corporation. David holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from the University of Victoria, a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
