Deborah Payne

Deborah "Debbie" Payne is an accomplished finance professional and award-winning photographer with extensive experience in project accounting and treasury management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Accountant at WSP since November 2021, Debbie previously held similar roles at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff and Parsons Brinckerhoff. As a business owner of Debbie Payne Photography, Deborah "Debbie"​ specializes in capturing portraits, weddings, and events with a creative flair. Additionally, Debbie served as Treasury Manager at APS Healthcare, Inc. and held various positions at Bon Secours Health System, CIENA Corporation, and Deutsche Bank. With a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration from Towson University, Debbie has also contributed to the Williams Syndrome Association as a member of the Board of Directors, including a term as President.
