Derek Carr

Derek Carr, M.Eng, E.I.T., is a Senior Pipeline Engineer at Golder/WSP, where they lead multiple pipeline replacement programs with significant financial and engineering design responsibilities. They previously held positions as a Mechanical Engineer at Louisville Gas and Electric and CRS Reprocessing Services, where they managed project activities and conducted analysis on mechanical systems. Derek completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering from the University of Louisville's J.B. Speed School of Engineering, contributing to research on autonomous vehicle object detection and piezoelectric polymers during their studies.
