Doug McFarling is an Environmental Impact Assessment Specialist at WSP, focusing on improving resilience in communities nationwide. With over 30 years in the environmental consulting industry, they have ensured compliance with various environmental policies, including NEPA and CEQA, while supporting numerous federal, state, and municipal entities. Doug's current role includes providing Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation support for FEMA in the Western US and the Pacific, a position they have held since 2020.
