Edwin E. Tatem

Edwin E. Tatem, PE, is a highly accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in program management and construction management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Central Region PMCM Leader at WSP USA, Tatem oversees engineering and inspection services, ensuring high-quality project delivery. As Chairman of WSP Michigan Inc., responsibilities include managing operations across engineering, architecture, and business development. Previous roles include Vice President at Parsons Brinckerhoff, where Tatem managed engineering projects and served as project manager for significant infrastructure works, and County Highway Engineer for Macomb County. Tatem is also actively involved in academia as a member of the Construction Management Advisory Board at Wayne State University and the Civil Tech Advisory Board at Macomb Community College. With a civil engineering degree from Pratt Institute and a master's from Wayne State University, Tatem has developed a strong leadership presence in the field, including serving as President of the Intelligent Transportation Society of Michigan.
