Geraldine Diver

Geraldine Diver is an accomplished Contracts and Change Manager with extensive experience in managing contracts for Design-Build projects, particularly in the transit and transportation sector, with responsibilities overseeing a portfolio worth approximately $1 billion at WSP since 2018. Prior to this role, Geraldine served as Contracts Manager and Risk Analyst at Aerospace Testing Engineering & Certification, Inc., where strategic contract negotiations aimed at reducing liability and risk were central to the position. From 2001 to 2004, Geraldine worked as Associate Contracts Administrator for Safety Resources at DuPont, developing a startup contracts program and identifying agencies for safety services. Additionally, Geraldine held various roles at CH2M from 2006 to 2016, including Contracts Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on compliance, risk mitigation, and managing a procurement team.
