Ian Blair joined WSP in 2017 as Managing Director, New Zealand. Mr. Blair has built his reputation predominantly in the banking industry. Prior to joining WSP, he was General Manager-Retail Banking at Westpac New Zealand and Australia, and Principal Consultant at Sapience Limited. Under Mr. Blair’s leadership, WSP in Aotearoa, New Zealand, was a founding member of the Diversity Agenda Accord which aims to promote greater diversity in engineering and architecture. Mr. Blair’s educational background comprises the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD (Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires).
