James Fox

James Fox, a retired professional with over 32 years of experience in the transit and rail industry. James held various titles throughout their career, including Vice President at WSP and Assistant General Manager at Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). James also served as Chief Control Center Officer, Director of System Safety & Risk Management, and Project Manager/Engineer at SEPTA, overseeing infrastructure renovation projects. James graduated from Temple University with a BS in Civil and Construction Engineering.
