James Pollard is a Behavioural Design Lead at WSP and currently serves as the Vice Chair and Board Trustee at SW9 Community Housing. With a background in both project management and insights management, they previously coordinated teams at Oxford Policy Management and managed the behavioural science function at Nudge Global. Holding a BA in Political Science and Government from Lancaster University and an MSc in Industrial/Organisational Business Psychology from UCL, James is passionate about cognitive biases and their impact on decision-making, sharing insights through speaking engagements and blogs.
