James Rydquist has over three decades of experience in project management and water resource management. From September 1991 to February 2019, James served as a Senior Project Manager and office manager at Tetra Tech in Detroit. Since February 2019, James has been the Midwest Regional Water Manager at WSP, leading the wastewater practice nationally in the United States and overseeing all water-related projects in the Midwest Region. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, earned between 1990 and 1994, and was the valedictorian at Rapid River Tri-Township High Schools, graduating in 1990.
