Jerry Z.

Jerry Z. is a project engineer and project manager at WSP, with experience in structural engineering, project management, and education. Since July 2022, Jerry has contributed to various projects at WSP. Previously, at Wood, from April 2021 to July 2022, Jerry was involved in the structural design of the TTC Waterfront LRT tunnel and provided construction phasing options. At EXP, from March 2016 to April 2021, Jerry worked on structural drawings for institutional, commercial, civic, and residential projects, collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Earlier experience includes a role as a structural designer focusing on steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures, as well as a research and teaching assistant at McMaster University, where Jerry developed a computer program using the Finite Element Method for structural simulations. Jerry holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering from Wuhan University.
