Joe Millham

Joe Millham, PE, is a Mechanical Engineer at WSP-USA with a robust background in building systems and HVAC design. They began their career as a Construction Supervisor at Habitat for Humanity and later gained experience at several firms, including CannonDesign and WILLOUGHBY ENGINEERING LLC, where they focused on high-performance building mechanical systems. Joe has also held roles such as Building Systems Engineer at The Plant and Construction Inspector Intern at Parsons Brinckerhoff. They are currently the Assistant Vice President and MEP Team Lead at WSP, having advanced through various engineering positions since joining the company. Joe earned a BS in Architectural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
