John Chow

John Chow is a Certified Project Manager and Senior Professional Associate at WSP USA, where they have served as Vice President since 2002. With extensive experience as a senior supervising transportation and environmental project manager, Chow has worked on significant projects including the California High Speed Train and the Long Island Rail Road operations. They have a strong background in knowledge management and corporate development, having founded the PB Network journal and contributed to various professional organizations. Chow holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an A.B. in Applied Math from Harvard University, and has studied Urban Planning at New York University.
