John Hendrickson

John Hendrickson is a seasoned transportation and traffic engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and planning. As a Vice President at WSP since September 1999, John oversees large-scale transportation projects and leads a team of 11 experts in the field. Previously, John served as a Project Operations Manager and Traffic Group Supervisor, managing traffic and transportation planning staff for the Commonwealth of Virginia. John began the career as a Transportation Planner with David Plummer & Associates and as a Project Planner at Ecology and Environment, Inc., where initial work involved pipeline planning and environmental assessments. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning with a focus on transportation from Florida State University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning.
