John Jennyson

John Jennyson currently serves as Senior Vice President HR and Global HR Process Lead at WSP, overseeing a major transformation program in the professional services sector, which includes the integration and standardization of Oracle ERP across 13 HCM modules. Prior to WSP, John held various senior roles at Wood, including Global CHRO for the Consulting Division and Senior Vice President of People and Organisation for the Process & Energy Division, where responsibilities extended to overseeing HR functions for approximately 20,000 employees globally. Additionally, John has extensive experience at Amec Foster Wheeler, leading HR efforts across various business units and driving strategic HR initiatives in the Americas. John earned an MSc in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master's degree in Commerce from Osmania University.
