kaChuen Chan has been involved in the acoustic engineering industry since college, graduating with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Science and Engineering from the City University of Hong Kong. They have worked at various companies, including Supreme Acoustics Research Limited and NV5, in roles that included conducting acoustic assessments and consultancy. Currently, they are with WSP as an environmental consultant in the acoustics team, while also pursuing a Master of Science in High-Performance Buildings at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Chan is an associate member of several professional organizations, including the Hong Kong Institution of Acoustics and the Acoustic Society of America.
