Kenneth Feldman

Kenneth Feldman is a seasoned professional in transportation funding and project management, currently serving as Senior Vice President at WSP since October 2021, where strategic advice is provided to transportation agencies for Federal funding acquisition. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Regional Administrator at the Federal Transit Administration from August 2012 to July 2021, overseeing grants and technical assistance in four states, and Director of the Office of Program Management and Oversight in Region 10 from February 2006 to August 2012, managing a substantial portfolio of grants.
