Kumar Shubham

Kumar Shubham is an experienced Risk Analyst with a solid background in risk management and insurance consultancy. From October 2020 to May 2022, Kumar worked at Leads Insurance Brokers Private Limited, where responsibilities included analyzing client production mechanisms and developing audit reports to suggest appropriate risk management measures. Subsequently, at HCLTech, from July 2022 to May 2023, Kumar gained an understanding of the enterprise risk management lifecycle and contributed to sustainable initiatives through risk assessment and profiling. Currently employed at WSP since May 2023, Kumar has managed risk management consultancy services and performed comprehensive risk analyses, achieving a 60% reduction in risk exposure.
