Lance Lumbard

Lance Lumbard is currently the Vice President at WSP USA Inc. and CEO of 3D4ME, LLC, where they lead efforts in designing and manufacturing 3D printed parts and prototypes for a global clientele. They previously served as the Water Resources Project Manager at Lake County Water Authority from 2002 to 2011 and as Division Manager at Aquatic Ecosystems from 1997 to 2001, where they founded the Aquatic Habitats Division. Lance earned a Master of Science in Fisheries/Aquaculture from Louisiana State University, an MBA from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Florida State University.
