Laura Quick is a Principal Hydromorphologist at WSP, where they apply their geomorphic knowledge to enhance riverine conditions and improve the livelihoods of communities living alongside rivers. They previously worked as a Geoscientist at CGG, conducting reservoir quality studies, and as a Researcher at the British Geological Survey, focusing on the societal impacts of dam sediment starvation on Indian rivers. Laura earned a PhD in Fluvial Geomorphology from The University of Edinburgh and has held various academic roles, including Lecturer in Fluvial Geomorphology at the University of Glasgow.
