Luqman S. is an experienced bridge engineer currently working at WSP since May 2024, following a role as a design engineer at MGF from November 2023 to April 2024. Previously, Luqman dedicated a year to the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) as a language teacher from August 2019 to July 2020. Prior experience includes working at Arup as both a bridge engineer and graduate structural engineer from September 2016 to August 2019, and serving as a STEM ambassador at the University of Sheffield, where Luqman studied from September 2012 to August 2016 and earned a Master of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering with a year abroad. Additional educational experience includes a master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology during the year 2014-2015 and a Mandarin study program at Zhejiang University in 2016. Early in the career, Luqman interned in civil engineering at Laing O'Rourke from September 2010 to February 2011 and worked as an infrastructure and highways intern with IAESTE in the summer of 2015.
