Manon Lessard

Manon Lessard is a seasoned human resources consultant currently at WSP, where they have held roles since 2010, including Partner in HR. Previously, they served as a Senior Consultant for executives and professionals at Groupe Perspective and as Human Resources Director at Cooper Power Systems. Manon began their career in human resources at Dessau, where they worked for over a decade. They are currently pursuing degrees in Industrial Relations at UQAM, Organizational Performance Analysis at CREACOR, and MBTI certification with Psychometrics Canada.
