Marcus Wallin is currently the Nordic Head of Talent Acquisition at WSP, bringing extensive experience in sales and operational leadership within the staffing and recruiting industry. Previously, they served as the Head of Talent Connect EMEA at Volvo Cars and held various roles at The Adecco Group, including Regional Operations Manager and Strategic Sales Manager, where they significantly increased revenue. Marcus holds a Master’s Degree in Organization and Management from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Karlstad University. They are LEAN/Six Sigma certified and excel in coaching leadership and relationship development.
