Mark Wilkinson

Mark Wilkinson is an experienced ecologist with a strong background in wildlife conservation and management. Currently serving as Associate Director - Ecology at WSP since October 2022, Mark previously held a similar position at Wood from July 2021 to October 2022. Past roles include Principal Ecologist at Amec Foster Wheeler and Senior Consultant Ecologist at EcoNorth, among others. Mark's career began with the Northumberland Wildlife Trust as a Red Squirrel Conservation Officer. Mark holds an MSc in Wildlife Conservation and Management from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and a BSc in Environmental Management from the University of Durham.
