Michael Winterbottom

Michael Winterbottom serves as the Vice President of RUC Operations & Analytics at WSP since September 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Technology for the RUC Division at Azuga, Inc. from January 2022 to December 2022, focusing on alternative road usage charging methods in the U.S. Michael's extensive experience also includes over two decades as Vice President of IT & Operations and Chief Technology Officer at GMDC | Retail Tomorrow, where responsibilities encompassed managing a large association of retailer and wholesaler organizations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Colgate University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
