Mirela Bailer

Mirela Bailer is a seasoned professional in transformation, change management, and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Lead for Organisational Change at WSP. With over 12 years of experience, they have implemented change programs and led training and development initiatives impacting more than 6,000 individuals across multiple regions. Having lived in over six countries, Mirela is fluent in Romanian, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and is passionate about fostering learning and culture change within organizations. They hold degrees in Political Science, Organizational Leadership, and European Studies, and have previously held leadership roles at companies such as Societe Generale and Genpact.
