Natasha Healey

Natasha Healey is a Change and Transformation Consultant currently serving as an Associate Director at WSP, where they manage public and third sector projects with a focus on communications, customer experience, and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Previously, they held key leadership roles at the Metropolitan Police and Transport for London, fostering strategic development and stakeholder engagement. Natasha has also contributed as a Management Consultant at KPMG and as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Not Just You. Their experience spans project management and communications within both the public and third sectors.
