Nigel Astell

Nigel Astell is an experienced transport consultant currently serving as Vice President at Parsons since July 2010. Prior to this role, Nigel worked as an Associate at Steer from 2007 to 2010 and held the position of Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from 1992 to 2006. Nigel's career in the transport sector began as Operations Manager, Strategic Planner, and Assistant to the Chairman at London Underground from 1985 to 1992. Nigel holds a Diploma in Transport from the University of London (1987-1989) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Durham University (1982-1985).
