Nihit Jain

Nihit Jain is a transportation engineering professional with extensive experience in transit technology and systems. Currently serving as Vice President - Bus ITS at WSP since February 2025, Nihit previously held the position of Director, Practice Lead - Transit Technology at Arcadis from February 2024 to February 2025, and Associate Director - Practice Lead, Transit Systems at IBI Group from April 2017 to January 2020. Nihit has worked on various transportation systems projects involving intelligent transportation systems (ITS), transit strategy, and technology implementation, and has a background in data analysis for urban transportation challenges, with significant roles at organizations such as Scott Wilson and Transport for London. Nihit holds a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
