Oliver Collinson

Oliver Collinson is an Associate Director at WSP, where they commenced in January 2021 after several years as a Consultant at LeighFisher, focusing on UK rail franchising and transaction advisory work. With experience in developing crowding and demand models for rail and toll roads, Oliver has also provided technical advisory to the Department for Transport. They hold a Master's in Transport Economics and a Bachelor's in Economics, both from the University of Leeds, where Oliver conducted extensive research on passenger valuation in rail demand. Prior to their consulting career, Oliver contributed to safety operations at Balfour Beatty Construction.
