Paul Archer is a Quality Engineer at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff since September 2012. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Site Engineer at Alstom from September 2006 to September 2012, where experience was gained in the disassembly and assembly of turbines for Combined Cycle Gas Power trains.
