Peter Edwards

Peter Edwards has a solid background in mechanical engineering, having earned a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Western Australia and a Master of Maintenance and Reliability Engineering from Federation University Australia. Experience at Rio Tinto began as a Vacation Student and progressed to roles as a Mechanical Engineer and Graduate Mechanical Engineer. Subsequently, at BHP Billiton, Peter served as a Mechanical Engineer focused on analysis and improvement. Other notable positions include Superintendent and Asset Management Specialist for Rail Asset Strategies at BHP, Condition Monitoring Manager for Rail Infrastructure at the Public Transport Authority, and currently serving as Principal Engineer at WSP since September 2022.
