Rewan Toubar, EIT, is currently a PhD researcher at Concordia Acoustics Lab and works as an Architectural Acoustics Professional at WSP. They previously held roles as a research assistant, teaching assistant, and laboratory demonstrator at Concordia University, where they also completed a Master of Applied Science in Building Engineering. Rewan has experience as an acoustical consultant intern at Soft dB and as a research and development tester at Neptronic. They participated as a Mitacs Accelerate researcher from 2022 to 2023 and briefly worked as a graduate acoustic consultant at Arup in 2024. Rewan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Building Engineering with distinction from Concordia University.
