Richard Blyth is an Operations Director at WSP, specializing in the management and integration of business functions within the water, energy, and environmental sectors. With a Master of Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School, Richard boasts extensive experience in commercial management, contract engineering, and project controls across various roles and organizations, both in the UK and internationally. Richard’s past roles include Senior Quantity Surveyor at Hanscomb and Commercial Manager within WSP's Design/Build operation, where significant contributions were made to enhance project margins and operational efficiency. Currently, Richard is focused on facilitating the integration of new colleagues into the Water, Energy, Earth, and Environmental business at WSP.
