Rob Fellows

Rob Fellows is the Transportation Planning Director at WSP, where they currently oversee planning initiatives. They previously served as the Toll Planning and Policy Manager for Washington State DOT, managing key projects related to tolling and transportation policy from 2007 to 2022. Rob's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Supervising Transportation Planner at Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc., and a Supervisor at Washington State DOT's Office of Urban Mobility. They hold a Master's in Transportation from MIT and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Washington, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Community/Advocacy Planning from The Evergreen State College.
