Roger Boothe, Jr. MBA, PMP, DBIA, is a Senior Vice President at WSP, where they are responsible for enhancing the Program & Construction Management business across North America. With thirty years of experience in the transportation industry, Roger has built successful business units and led significant design/build and public-private partnership projects valued in the billions of dollars. Previously, they served as Director of U.S. Infrastructure P3 at Altus Expert Services, managing critical advisory services for large civil infrastructure projects. Roger holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and has expertise in finance, project management, and strategic planning.
