Roger S. Gobin, Ph.D., P.E., is the Vice President of Geotechnical and Tunneling at WSP, where they bring a unique skill set in geotechnical design and construction management. With extensive experience in large transportation and marine projects, Roger has successfully managed geotechnical design and construction programs, including overseeing a significant annual work program for Florida's Turnpike. They previously held the title of President at Pinnacle Engineering Group and served as a Geotechnical Engineer with Parsons Brinckerhoff. Roger earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Geotechnical and Hydraulics from the University of Arizona.
