Rory Lingham

Rory Lingham is currently a Technical Manager at WSP, where they have been since 2017. They previously served as Assistant Director of Engineering at St Helens Council from 2000 to 2016 and held roles as Deputy Project Manager at the Highways Agency and Mouchel from 1993 to 1995 and 1991 to 1993, respectively. Rory began their career as Assistant Chief Engineer at Trafford Park Development Corporation from 1988 to 1991. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Traffic and Transport Engineering at The University of Salford and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Birmingham.
