Ruth Lu

Ruth Lu has extensive experience in engineering and management within the transportation sector, currently serving as Systems Manager for the East Region at WSP since April 2000. In her role, Ruth has held multiple titles, including NE Systems Engineering Manager and Manager of Traction Power and OCS, also at WSP. Additionally, Ruth manages the Overhead Contact System (OCS) group based in Newark, NJ, overseeing projects in the U.S. and Canada, a position held since her tenure began at Parsons Brinckerhoff in 2000. Ruth holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Manhattan University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Union College.
