Ryan Hicks is currently a Lead Transportation Planner and Project Manager at WSP, where they have been working since 2024. Previously, they served as a Senior Transportation Planner and Manager of the Congestion Management Process at Central Transportation Planning Staff from 2011 to 2017. Ryan also held the position of Transportation Systems Planner at the Northwest Indiana Regional Planning Commission from 2008 to 2011. They earned a Master’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Ball State University between 2006 and 2008, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Ferris State University, obtained from 2000 to 2004.
