Ryan Treleaven

Ryan Treleaven is currently the Vice President of Business Conduct and Investigations at WSP Global, where they lead the management of employee misconduct investigations and work to enhance the company's ethical culture. Previously, they held roles at TD, including Associate Vice President of HR Investigations and Policy, where they oversaw internal investigations and contributed to global HR policy development. Ryan also practiced law at Sherrard Kuzz LLP and Heenan Blaikie LLP, providing strategic legal advice on employment and commercial litigation matters. They earned a B.Comm (hons) and a J.D. from Queen's University.
