Sergio Settanni

Sergio Settanni is President of Central Europe at WSP, overseeing operations across eleven countries, including Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Turkey. He also serves as Managing Director of Italy and Regional Managing Director of Southern Europe, ensuring strong collaboration and continuity across the region. Since joining WSP through the Golder acquisition, Mr. Settanni has held senior leadership roles, driving growth and strengthening organizational performance. Before WSP, he held management positions in multinational industrial companies across General Management, Operations, Technical Management, and Purchasing. His international experience spans the United States, Eastern Europe, and China, giving him a broad global perspective and expertise in leading complex organizations. As a member of WSP’s Global Leadership Team, Mr. Settanni brings a deep commitment to talent development, collaboration, and strategic excellence, helping to shape the firm’s success and growth across Central Europe.
