Shashank Dholakia

Shashank Dholakia is a skilled Bridge Engineer at WSP, since June 2016, where responsibilities include the design and load rating of short to medium span highway bridges, designing retaining walls, preparing Bill of Materials, and inspecting highway bridges while guiding CADD technicians in creating detailed structural drawings. Prior experience includes internships at Louis Berger, where Shashank assisted in bridge design and learned modeling with Microstation, and an engineering trainee role at MaRS Planning & Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., supervising the construction of a water pumping station. Additionally, Shashank has served as a part-time faculty member at SAL Institute of Technology and Engineering Research, teaching Repair and Rehabilitation of Structures and Advanced Concrete Technology. Shashank holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's Degree from Gujarat Technological University.
