Shelby Eldridge

Shelby Eldridge, AICP, is a Senior Land Use Planner at WSP since June 2025, bringing extensive experience in land development and planning. Prior roles include Land Development Planner at Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc. and England-Thims & Miller, Inc., where responsibilities involved various aspects of land use planning. Shelby began a career in the public sector as Planner II and Planner I for the City of Mount Dora and served in multiple planning capacities with the Lake County Board of County Commissioners, including Planner, Associate Planner, and Permitting Technician. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Central Florida.
