Simon Hill

Simon Hill is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Technical Director at WSP since September 2025, Simon previously held the position of Director at Ramboll from August 2018 to September 2025. Simon's career also includes significant roles at Opus International Consultants Limited as Principal Civil Engineer & Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer from October 2005 to July 2018. Prior to this, Simon worked as a Highways Engineer at Mouchel and began the career as a Permanent Way Graduate Engineer at Atkins. Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University, completed in 2002.
