Sofie Grettve

Sofie Grettve is a senior talent acquisition specialist at WSP since March 2025, bringing extensive experience in talent management and employer branding. Previously, Sofie served as a People Partner at Heart Aerospace, where responsibilities included leadership support, HR process development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Sofie's career includes roles at GEODIS, where significant focus was on recruitment and employer branding in Sweden, and Hudson Nordic, managing candidate experiences and talent pipelines. Sofie's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the University of Gothenburg, complemented by a French language course from IEA Sprachcaffe.
