Stephen Del Percio

Stephen Del Percio is the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at WSP, where they focus on legal, risk, and commercial advisory in the infrastructure industry. They have extensive experience in large public companies such as AECOM and Amazon, as well as in private law firm practice. Stephen earned a BS in civil engineering from Columbia University in 2000 and a JD from The College of William and Mary - Marshall Wythe Law School in 2005. Throughout their career, they have specialized in public-private partnerships, design-build, and alternative project delivery mechanisms.
