Stephen Heaney

Stephen Heaney is the Cardiff Office Team Leader for the Civils, Bridges and Ground Business at WSP, overseeing a team of 28 skilled engineers and technicians. With over ten years of experience, Stephen has worked on significant projects involving road, rail, and footbridge structures, collaborating with local authorities and various contractors. Stephen previously held roles at WSP as a Senior Civil Engineer and Principal Civil Engineer, as well as serving as a Bridge Engineer at Capita Property and Infrastructure after graduating with a First Class MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Bath. Currently pursuing a PGCert in Business Performance Management at The University of Salford, Stephen is recognized for their focus, adaptability, and technical expertise in challenging engineering projects.
